Primary Care and Population Health Advisory Committee

HealthWest Partnership is a member of the Western Health Primary Care and Population Health Advisory Committee responsible for developing a plan that outlines the key health planning issues and broad directions for future health service delivery in Melbourne's west through to 2019. 

Committee members include community health services, divisions of general practice and local governments of the Western region of Melbourne. The Committee provides advice to the Western Health Board on population health planning and primary care matters, meeting four times a year.
